Aloe Vera Gel for a healthier lifestyle!
With chronic illness and disease on the rise from our over worked, over stressed “fast lane” lifestyles there has never been a better time to try to find a more healthy natural alternative solution to our health issues and problems, instead of reaching for the over the counter medications (which rarely cure the cause of the problem) to treat today’s illnesses we need to try a different approach to our health care.
A more preventative form of dealing with our health issues instead of treating the problem after it occurs should be the way to go, easier said then done right? Well you’d be surprised how easy it can be. A few different healthy lifestyle changes and choices is all it takes to turn your health around and point it in the right direction, our body’s our amazing and we have the power to heal from the inside out.
Aloe Vera as a Health Supplement!
Nowadays there are so many preservatives and artificial flavourings added to our foods not to mention all the hormones in our meat and poultry products and pesticides used in the production of our fruits and vegetables it’s no wonder why we are not getting the proper nourishment our body’s are crying out for.
All of these nasty chemicals and bad food production methods are shown to have detrimental effects on our body’s, they lead to inflammation chronic illness and poor immune system support and fight against our body’s natural Eco systems and lead to poor health.
Because we are not getting the proper vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids and antioxidants in our foods today we need to supplement and replace what is missing to fight inflammation and to catch those free radical that can cause chronic illness such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, crohn’s disease and sadly many more.
Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe Vera Gel is a natural source of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, prostaglandins, fatty acids and is made up of around 200 naturally occurring ingredients, it has been known and used for centuries as the “healing plant” “the medicine plant” and the “miracle plant” to name just a few.
This succulent little plant has stood the test of time and is still used today in an abundance of health care and cosmetic products due to its magical healing properties. Aloe Vera is most commonly consumed as a juice and or gel and used as a natural health supplement to help treat and prevent a wide variety of illnesses and conditions.
It would however be naive to think that we can just take Aloe Vera Gel alone and expect all of our ailments to just disappear without making any other healthy changes to our sedentary lifestyles, but when Aloe Vera Gel is added to a healthy lifestyle ie. taking fish oil supplements(for essential fatty acids), a good multi vitamin, taking regular exercise (at least 30 mins a day) , getting the proper amount of sleep (at least 8 hours a night), eating only organically grown fruits and vegetables, cutting down on fatty foods containing hydrogenated oils, cutting out sugar filled soft drinks and greasy fast foods, drinking more water thinking more positively Yes (it’s true!) a healthy mind leads to a healthy body!!!
By making these small but very significant healthy lifestyle changes you will be very surprised how quickly you can put your body back on the right track to a more optimally functioning healthier you!
When adding any supplement or making any change to your health regime a consultation with your GP or health care provider is always advisable, as we are all different, we all need a tailor-made plan to find out what’s right for our own individual body’s.
When adding Aloe Vera Gel as a supplement we recommend only using organically grown Aloe Vera to make sure your only getting the best from natures healing plant.
